Hello everybody!

I lately recognise some mis-display of special characters (like the german 
Umlaute) when receiving a mail encoded with IBMPC as stated in the encoding 
kludge line.

Can anyone, maybe from within germany, who is operating with IBMPC character 
set send me a mail containing special characters? I would like to find out, if 
the problem is on my side or the encoding is wrongly noted.

Mails can go as netmail and do not need to be here in the group :)
