i build golded+ from the repo... it came with a huge list of chs files and a 
conf file for them that was built by the xlatcfg.pl script that stas wrote... 
that conf file is 22k in size and should cover all character sets that are 
available... i have ~325 chs files in my charsets directory that golded+ can 
use...
