Gelato Plot Thickens! Money out of thin air?

Italian Senators are whipping up a frenzy over producers pumping
air into ice cream - and want fines of ?10,000 for ruining a
"gastronomic symbol".

A bill is being debated, with pizza, pasta and coffee already
strictly regulated in the country. Fines could also extend to
artificial flavoring, products or the use of margarine.

Should fake, fluffy ice cream be made un-cone-stitutional in
Italy?
