On a side note, Microsoft Windows before Windows 10 has "Windows Explorer"...it was changed to "File Explorer" in Windows 10. Well, that program kept locking when I tried to access the downloads folder. So, I searched with DuckDuckGo, and found a freeware program called "Explore++". It's a free program, that works just like the Explorer programs (no ads, etc., either). Plus, just extract the ZIP file (versions are for both 32-bit and 64-bit) to the desired directory, create a shortcut for it, and you're in business. No installation, registry, or uninstallation issues. If you don't like it, just zap the directory, and the created shortcuts.
