Is he using WVV>synchronet? Otherwise you don't need to contact the Synchronet people. ;) I am not sure what he is running offhand...but I posted a message in both the Synchronet Sysops echo, and the FIDONet Region 19 Sysops echo. Maybe we'll get to the bottom of it. I had a potential of storms overnight and during the day, so I was offline, and just brought the system up about 2 hours ago. I was also exhausted from not resting well overnight (I never seem to sleep well, anymore), and had to take a nap after running some errands...having to get a few items from the store that I forgot when helping my elderly Mom shop yesterday. Yet, some of these things in the store make you wonder if they're as bizarre as the original topic of this thread (travel agent comments). Anyway...when a warm front moves north across Arkansas (as it did earlier today), thunderstorms (sometimes severe) usually result. This time, though...there wasn't enough instability (thank goodness), but temperatures are nearly 20 degrees warmer now than they were earlier...and it's not as foggy as it was this morning.
