There is a toggle that will allow internal MSGID's to be displayed locally when
reading a message via QWK offline.  Normally, when people use an offline
reader, or at least I do, I edit that line out.  Some don't therefore the
ssue.

I left it in above but I could have easily removed it when I answered.
