Thanks for these examples. A couple of restaurants and immigrants do not
really influence the mindset within a couple of years. That takes
generations.

Travel to "Ex-DDR" and feel the difference. :-/

I'm aware of that. I was mentioning his zone, not his country. Comparing
canada and europe ist much harder than comparing europe an the USA. While
i really like the USA, canada seems to be more chilled and relaxed. Will
travel there, it's on my bucket-list.
