Hello everybody!

It has come to my attention that the netmailed copy sent to all RCs of the 
FTSC election time frame inadvertently contained the time frame from a 
previous election.  The copy posted here was correct.  A followup netmail has 
now been sent to all RCs with the correct dates.

The nomination period opens today at 20:00 UTC.
