I would agree but when has common courtesy have a language barrier?

Ward, I ahve no issue with PSTN and I do have empathy to those who are still
charged per byte but the fact remains the one who versed "why is this node
still in the nodelist" is probably not in that catagory, therefore my
statement.

As most people who know we're dealing with issues contained within a black box
that statistically speaking, will cause havoc at times. Case in point...
Facebook.  The software I use is actively supported and once the problem was
found, it was corrected.  Can't ask for anything more that that.
