According to the rules of this election, it WAS NOT a challange.

Challanges are to be submitted by NetMail to 1:132/174 in the time frame given 
in the rules.  What you quoted was EchoMail in this area.

I would mention them in the Final tally (to be posted tomorrow) if i thought 
you wouldn't cry foul again.  

Those two "votes" were discussed in this area so that everyone who cares 
already knows what happened.  I contacted both of those voters by NetMail and 
neither one had complaints about what was done.
