No problem. I figured it out eventually.

Come to find out that fconf2areasbbs.pl doesn't want to work properly (it's 
probably old and outdated, or possibly works with the 1.4-stable branch and not 
the 1.9-current one). We'll see if I can get this going easily or not. :|
