If you don't care about the contents of your hudson message areas, you can use 
the 'FToolsW32 DELET <BOARD>' function. To delete all messages in the board you 
specify.

Probably. If you have defined or use some hudson areas, and messages end up in 
them, you are bound to run out of space at some point in time.
Of course you can automate things by running the FTools commands in a periodic 
maintenance batch job. I'm running 'FToolsW32.exe MAINT /D /N /O /P' every 
night...
