It's possible it could be something related to Windows 10. I couldn't imagine 
it being something specific to my .cfg file because I've had it both all set up 
(filled in all fields respectively) as well as going in without a .cfg file 
(just wiped it and started FConfigW32.exe fresh), and never touched any other 
fields but that one (ie: all default settings). As soon as I change 'Max 
exports' to anything besides 64, it crashes and won't let me run the program 
again (keep crashing on startup) until I delete the .cfg file.
