Missing chr(13) after the TZUTC kludge -- the first words of what you wrote are hidden in the kludge line.

The value of the TZUTC must not have a colon, it should be "-0600".

It would be nice if your messages had a MSGID kludge, like the one you posted the other day (02 Mar 2023 14:49, MSGID: 1:19/40 1A7D89E2).
