I agree with you Nick. I have it mostly working correctly anyhow, although it 
took quite some time to figure out how (and a bit of questioning as to
why is is even needed anymore). I just assumed everyone wanted and did follow
the ftsc which was written 25+ years ago. I am just having it put 
MSGID, REPLY, TZUTC as those I can maybe, kind of see the use. Either way,
its mostly working now, so just going to leave as is.
