Max v3.03 and possibly 3.04 are around for OS/2 including the sources.

I think the last one I used was 03 a few months before IBM dropped support for
Warp 4.5 (1,2,3) etc which with the writing on the wall and IBM not offering
the sources to help clean it up and fix bugs it was time to change to Linux.

Pity, I did enjoy using it and for that matter programming using it while
running a BBS/mailer etc.
