I, a non-native English speaker, am not going to argue semantics with another non-native English speaker. FTS-5001 uses "obsolete" in the header of paragraph 5 and "deprecated" in the text regarding the identifier "CODEPAGE". This was not challenged by the native English speaking members of the FTSC when FTS-5003 was published and that is good enough for me. Other than that, FTS-5003 says: "These indentifiers must not be used when creating new messages." Despite the spelling error, this is clear enough for me. http://ftsc.org/docs/fts-5003.001 Cheers, Michiel --- GoldED+/W32-MSVC 1.1.5-b20170303 * Origin: ZC1 certified techno-dick (2:280/5555) .
