SBBS (and a lot of software) strips seen bys when linked out of zone. That's
the way fidonet software is designed to work.

There is an option in sbbsecho.ini that will stop that from happening. I have this in my sbbsecho.ini so traffic heading to other zones don't loose the seen bys..

ZoneBlindThreshold = 4

With that set mail going to links in zones 1-4 won't have the seen bys stripped.
