Concord can detect reply packets from uploaded files. I had to check.

It can toss RBB.REP and RBB.NEW from the same upload session. It can also toss
RBB.NEW and RBB.NE1 from the same upload session. Only flaw is that is asks
for description for RBB.NE1 file. :)
