Well, I want to match QWK filenames with their corresponding REPs (eg. "VERT0001.QWK" and "VERT0001.REP"). That way, I know which replies came from which packet.

Should it matter how the uploaded files are named ? you could accept any filename and unpack them right ? eg. I could upload "ABC.DEF" and "UVW.XYZ" in one batch and Synchronet could just loop through each one.

What I found when testing this use case on Vertrauen was the 2nd file in the batch transfer gets aborted.
