  Not sure...I'd have to ask them. Some of the small pieces were a
bit tough (very few of them overall), and I just set them aside. But,
I usually prefer the sandwich instead of the "plate". This is at the
H.B.'s BBQ Restaurant. There are other BBQ places in the Little Rock
area, such as Sim's and Corky's.

  It depends on what you order. I think they can provide the hotter sauce
upon request. I prefer stuff mild myself.

  But, as the sign on the restaurant notes..."I like my butt rubbed, and
my pork pulled"...and you can take that however you want. <G>
