Ok, big question? Pulled pork? Chopped pork? Sliced pork? I'm a pulled-pork sandwich fan.

And I remember Alabama and Arkansas BBQ sauce normally has a bit of a bite? Is their sauce spicy? (I dig hotter BBQ sauce).
