To keep a long story short: the "Datumscode" a.k.a. "EDA" field in OpenXP  
is in ZConnect format.

Datumscode: 20201214153100W+1  (14.12.20, 16:31)

The part before the "W+1" is always UTC so you can (hypothetically) sort  
messages by this field.

The "W+1" is the difference of local time minus UTC, and the part in  
parentheses is the local time.
