Even though the BBS has moved to another port, the message is still displayed.
I can't find anything in sbbs that displays this message. Maybe something is
already listening on port 23, the router is redirecting somewhere else or the
ISP is interfering. 

What if you redirect port 23 on the router to port 2030 on the server?
