I started out with a bit higher than the doc's said, and then just increased it by heaps untill it bacame stable.

This is my amibink startup script:

cd zeus:AmiBinkd/
run zeus:amibinkd/AmiBinkd -s zeus:AmiBinkd/AmiBinkd.cfg
