That's because you're using a Jamnntpd server. Features like this as well as below were added to it specifically for Fidonet use.

Also a Jamnntpd "feature" for fidonet use. Every other NNTP server out there would show an actual email address, and also wouldn't stuff an "X-Comment-To" field into a message, unless you specifically force it via some client's config file.
