Ok, added:  f0.n221.z2.rbb.fidonet.fi to 2:221/0@fidonet in binkd.  I think
that's all I need.  Outbound is set to "c:\ele\irex\outbound 1" for fidonet
zone 1.  I don't have a zone 2 address, so I don't know what else to do for
that.  It was suggested that I put 32767 instead of 1 to account for other
zones, so I changed that just now.  We'll see.
