You may want to check to see if 1:340/400 still routes all of his netmail through the previous Z1C. If so, it probably hasn't worked for anyone he links with in quite some time. :(

You might want to see if you can setup a direct netmail route with the current Z1C (Nick), and use that for the time being until Rob can access his system and fix whatever it is that needs fixing.
