Hey Stas! @BroRabbit ,   Here is another suggestion for the wishlist.  How about a command that where we could disable the default quoting when doing a R)eply.

  // qu:off //

OR..  have the tg robot default to quoting "off" (afterall, the msgid/replyid kludges should be enough for anyone to follow a thread) and just give us the ability to enable it if we want it:
