Why not simply have a shared file on the Telegram side that  
people can download?

That one file could summarize the usage wrt to customizing the  
SUBJ or the TO and the recent CC, and include a section of the  
linked echos.

Telegram's shared photos, links and files feature is quite  
nice. It's like having a dedicated filegate for each echo.
