is this one single tarball with one single spec file in ?

if so i like to redo my husky ebuilds to be using it, hopefully this would be 
more stable on how it compiles under gentoo aswell, if all libs are dynamic 
linked it fits how it is on gentoo, wish i have for long time is to have 
../configure --enable-hpt --enable-htick

that will just compile hpt and htick in one go, add remining husky tools to it 
would be simple imho to extend it to more husky programs

all this is 20 yers to late :(

on github it was suggest to make it done with CMAKE if thats more simple
