I added this feature for the only reason: I want to have a possibility of using lines of 80 characters long in a sample config in the documentation, so the lines are not stripped after the text is exported to pdf. Therefore one can use in real life a sample config with line continuations. But it is not meant for regular use. After any change in a line with continuations, all continuations will be appended to the first part of the line forming a line without continuations. So one should not use line continuations to make a config look nicer. Michael .... node (at) f1042 (dot) ru --- GoldED+/LNX 1.1.5-b20180707 * Origin: Moscow, Russia (2:5020/1042) .
