In fact there have been no substantial changes in the code changing its 
functionality. What is being done now is continuous integration implementation. 
That means that pull requests will be automatically checked and compiled and 
new versions will be compiled also automatically and their binaries will be 
automatically deployed to GitHub Releases. This job is not finished yet.

So there will be no new version to download yet, it is just a tool to make 
further development a little bit easier.
