It is just a warning that does not influence the file handling by htick. Anyway 
it is not a configuration problem of your htick. It is an error made by the tic 
processor of your uplink.

And this is a problem. You have received a tic but have not received the 
attached file. But again it is not a problem of your htick configuration, it is 
your uplink that has not sent you the file.

Since BRoboCop used by 1:261/38 as far as I know cannot resend files by request 
you may ask your uplink to send you the files. Alternatively you may just 
delete the tics, so that the messages above do not repeat in htick.log. The 
files are hatched regularly to the file echo, so hopefully you will receive 
them next time.
