Anyway it is not a configuration problem of your htick. It is an error made by the tic processor of your uplink. But again it is not a problem of your htick configuration, it is your uplink that has not sent you the file. Since BRoboCop used by 1:261/38 as far as I know cannot resend files by request you may ask your uplink to send you the files. Alternatively you may just delete the tics, so that the messages above do not repeat in htick.log. The files are hatched regularly to the file echo, so hopefully you will receive them next time.
