Empty subdirectories in the protected inbound MD> are not removed. Neither empty files in nonempty subdirectories are MD> deleted. I tried it in Windows. Now I tested it in Linux and also could not reproduce the error. Nevertheless I made a patch that should prevent processing subdirectories. Please test it.
