Please define "official" ?
 
For historical reasons every ZC produces his/her own "official" world nodelist.
 
There has been a time of "dissagreement" or let's call it "coordination issues" 
....
 
Much of that has ebbed away and ever since ZCs started producing daily lists, 
also of their zone, we are pretty much in-sync within a 24hr period.
 
Now I think there are just differences in the prolog- and epilog-sections, not 
so much in the actual content.
 
A point of contention remains the Z4-portion...
