No. It's also UTF-8, and not translated in any way, shape or form. Until it

I would think so. Plus this is the FidoGazette echo, where I don't think 
there's much rules against what can and can't be said in here.

I don't blame ignorance at all. I blame old software that can't handle today's 
norm, is all. If you have a newer operating system, you could possibly read the 
raw packet with a UTF-8 capable text editor to see how it is supposed to be 
read. ;)
