Is the Tagline You use all Periods?

Since the conversation is about messages with garbled text I "think"
I am ON TOPIC.

I have see that Tagline in Your messages in other Echos for quite some
time, but never wanted to show my ignorance by writing You about it in
those Echos.

Readers of this Echo are like a big family so I thought to ask about it.

I don't think Janis will send me a nastygram for being OFF TOPIC.......
