Subj : FidoGazette Vol 11 no 14 To : Janis Kracht From : Daryl Stout Date : Fri Jul 27 2018 01:25:02 Janis, JK@> As Allen also mentioned today, bad weather has hit Louisville, JK@> KY where he lives.. I sure remember huddling in the basement in JK@> our house in Louisville now and again when Ron, the kids and I JK@> were living there. I'd seen tornadoes in NY before but not quite JK@> as "up close" as when we were in Louisville - Be safe Allen! We have already had 21 tornadoes in Arkansas this year, and our yearly average is 33. And, we're not even to our "peak" yet. Last week, there were 2 "High Risk" severe weather outlook areas... across Louisiana and Mississippi...then Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina. I saw several reports of "tornado emergencies"...and sadly, several reports of injuries and fatalities. However, it's that time of year; but on average, May is the deadliest month, averaging 5 tornadoes a day. Daryl ....
