Subj : FidoGazette Vol 11 no 18 To : Janis Kracht From : Daryl Stout Date : Fri Jul 27 2018 01:25:02 JK@> Hi Daryl, Hi, Janis... > Well, except being down for thunderstorms, the worst of the flooding, > and the severe weather, has missed my area... JK@> That's something at least, I guess. We're going to have our "tornado average count" before May is done. JK@> Understand. What are the temps like over your way? Maybe in the 80's? JK@> Just a guess.. over here in NY, we had a few days of 70F+ weather (was JK@> so great!!!) then it dropped down to the 40's and 50's.. yuck. Spring JK@> is here in NY but barely it seems. There have been a few days with 80's and some 90's, but mostly in the 70's. However, late last week, in the aftermath of a cold front, much of the state didn't get out of the 50's for high temperatures...and the breezy conditions really put a bite to the air. JK@> Best of luck to you Daryl, I hope your surgery goes well. Same here. Am prepping for it right now with "clear liquids", as (excuse the bluntness) "they may have to work out of both ends". The only good thing will be that I can get some good sleep. Unfortunately, my wallet will be in far more pain than I will be, physically. I applied for financial assistance, and I'm hoping most, if not all, of the expenses, will be "written off". Daryl ....
