  The perfect example of that is from Romeo and Juliet. When Romeo first
sees Juliet's beauty, he says "I was filled with compassion, and my
bowels were moved". :P

  Now, at that time, the bowels (the stomach) were thought of as "the
pit of the emotions". But, in this case, it's as if he sees a pretty
girl, and poops in his pants. :P
