  As the late Red Skelton noted concerning reading glasses (what I use
now, after successful cataract surgery several years ago)..."I don't
really need these...but I've reached the age where curiosity is greater
than vanity". <G>

  I went from 20/2000 with severe nearsightedness beforehand...to 20/20
with a little astigmatism afterwards. Not bad after having worn glasses
for nearly 40 years.
