Her teachers at school were horrified at this, wondering what was going on. She calmly said "I have 2 cats that I play with". As for catnip, one cat she had growing up loved it so, that he actually killed the catnip plant...a second one loved it, and was able to tell if was a Christmas present (both those cats are dead and gone now). But, all her others didn't care about it.
