    The election for a new Zone 1 Coordinator will start on May 7,
    2018.  Please see the published schedule in the echos below, or
    in this issue.

    Andrew Leary and the rest of our Z1 Regional Coordinators have
    drawn up a voting procedure document and have posted it in the
    Z1C echo, and Z1_ELECTION echo.  The Z1_ELECTION echo is the
    place where the election will take place.

    Thank you once again to Andrew and all the Zone 1 RCs who have
    worked on this.  Thank you _also_ to Phil Kimble, 1:128/2 and
    Fred Riccio, 1:132/174, for taking on the Vote Counter and Vote
    Verifier positions respectively.

    Best of luck to all candidates, whoever you may be - I feel good
    about this and look forward to welcoming our new Z1C :)
