  What I can't figure out is why the user couldn't connect with
wx1der.dyndns.org (I have an updater client for that one), but could
connect with tbolt.synchro.net (I'm using a deal that Rob Swindell has
with Synchronet). It connected fine with me using MTel, but I recently
changed to SyncTerm. For whatever reason, with downloads (QWK packets
and otherwise), MTel time stamps the file in UTC -- but SyncTerm posts
the correct local time...go figure.
