  As a side note, if wx1der.dyndns.org doesn't work, they can use
tbolt.synchro.net instead. If both are down, the BBS is down for either:

1) Thunderstorms (there were 13 tornadoes in Arkansas April 13 and 14),
and more storms are forecast this weekend.

2) Windows Updates (one file must've gone through several times before
it finally took last night).

3) Nightly Maintenance.

4) Power or internet outages.

5) BBS Software Updates (beta testing Synchronet 3.17).
