obviously yes... you are confusing and blurring the delineation lines in the 
article... they spoke first of their DNS... plain old DNS... they explained 
what it was all about and how it worked... /then/ they spoke of their 
DNS-overHTTPS muck... that is two different things... granted, one is derived 
from the other but still two different things...
