    This week we look at two articles dealing with privacy in the
    computer world.

    One regards a privacy tool developed by CloudFare which will
    probably speed up your internet and aims to limit how much data
    your internet service provider can collect about you.

    The second article is by Richard Stallman.  Stallman says, "To
    restore privacy, we must stop surveillance before it even asks
    for consent."

    Stallman is president of the Free Software Foundation,
    which launched the development of a free/libre operating
    system GNU.
