Blame "RL" all you want, but if you travel a lot for work, or work anywhere in 
the computer industry, usually you have access to email at some point during 
the day, if not more. The fact that emails go unanswered for lengthy periods of
time just shows laziness and/or carelessness.

If I remember right, a couple of weeks is stated somewhere (policy maybe? who 
cares). This situation (and others concerning the same RC) has taken over a 
month. If you don't have the time to do a very simple job, and do it at least 
halfway well.. then don't do it at all.

I'm "30something" and work construction for a living. I don't have access to 
the internet anywhere from 8-12 hours a day (not including sleepy time). These 
seem like a lot of lame 
excuses. And please don't forget, this _IS_ social media.

I've already given a timeframe. If RJ doesn't contact him by then, I've offered
up my net and fast reliable service.

At least the last 5 applicants to R11 have been seriously disappointed with 
their application process at the RC level. Apparantly he's the NC of too many 
nets (too many hats?), so can't pass the applicant off to an NC to take care of
them. Heck, all 5 of them may not even be here any more. It's ridiculous.
