Stress is a possibly risk factor so to hell with doing the Gazette or doing so
to a time schedule, if it is a few days late so what?

Stop doing any thing that increases your stress and if there is any indication
of the quality of the bed, room or hospital food (I am going by the UK NHS
one's here) you have enough to deal with  -  CHILL OUT, relax etc and more
importantly get well,
